We want to make it easy to use our prescription benefits. We offer services that inform members and add to the convenience of their drug plan. These include Mail Service, Specialty Pharmacy services and a Pharmacy Locator to help members find a nearby Partners Rx retail pharmacy.
Ordering medications through our mail service eliminates trips to the pharmacy because your doctor can write prescriptions for your plan’s maximum allowable days supply, which is typically 90 days. Be sure to check your plan’s specific coverage.
All prescriptions are screened against claims information to check for possible allergies, interactions, duplications or other potential problems. After each prescription is filled and checked for accuracy by licensed pharmacists, orders are shipped in a nondescript package.

Specialty drugs are often complex therapies and require careful administration. Our Specialty Pharmacy meets the unique needs of members who require these prescriptions in a number of ways.
Specially trained nurses, pharmacists and care coordinators help manage the specific types of therapies. They build relationships with their patients through personalized, individual attention. Care coordinators take the extra step to help schedule delivery of refills when they are due to be refilled.
We deliver medicines in nondescript, tamper evident packaging, promptly and directly to a patient’s home or office, to their physician’s office or a location of their choice. Also provided are the necessary administration supplies (i.e. needles, syringes, etc,) often at no additional cost. Sensitive medications are shipped in temperature-moderating containers for added protection.
Be sure to check your plan coverage for the Specialty Pharmacy benefits you may qualify for. By streamlining the billing process and providing efficient eligibility verification services, we strive to make ordering and supplying these drugs as convenient as possible.
